With our main studio based in Sydney and a virtual office in Tehran, the Tachara team is actively engaged in designing residential buildings, private residences, commercial office spaces, and retail projects across Australia and Iran. Our services also extend to providing marketing packages, home staging, and styling services to real estate professionals.
Every day, the studio draws inspiration from various art forms, design, fashion, and cinema, infusing these influences into our projects to create a distinctive character for each endeavour. To ensure a harmonious blend of creativity and technical expertise, we collaborate closely with our professional network of engineers. Upon conceptualizing a design, we entrust engineers with a detailed analytical review, gathering their valuable insights and recommendations. As of 2023, Tachara proudly welcomes the establishment of its sister company, Her Canvas, founded by the creative director, Mina Mokhtari. Her Canvas is devoted to discovering and sourcing art pieces and handmade products, fostering enduring relationships with talented artists and artisans from around the globe. Through this venture, we offer a platform to share truly unique and captivating creations with you!

Her Canvas is an e-commerce platform founded by Mina Mokhtari, focused on curating and showcasing a diverse collection of handmade artistic products from talented artisans and artists worldwide. We believe in the power of art to inspire, enrich lives, and forge connections.
Our platform serves art enthusiasts, collectors, interior designers, fashionistas, and boutique retailers who seek unique, one-of-a-kind pieces that reflect exceptional craftsmanship and artistic expression. We also provide home styling services through our team of expert in-house designers.
ABOUT MINA MOKHTARI, FOUNDER
Born in Tehran, Mina developed a passion for design and fine art at a young age. She pursued her Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering in Tehran and continued her education by completing a Master's degree in Architecture in Sydney, Australia. After 10 years of professional practice in architecture and working with major corporations like Woods Bagot & PTW Architects, Mina founded Tachara in 2016. She remains passionate about design while simultaneously expanding her knowledge in the field of art curation through her close collaboration with artists via her e-commerce platform, Her Canvas. Mina is a registered architect in NSW and a design practitioner licensed by NSW Fair Trading.
